When a homebuyer provides me with their search criteria via phone, email or from my website. I will set up my program to send the homebuyer daily listings everyday via email. The homebuyer will be informed of any and all new listings the same day the home is listed. In some cases, this is an advantage for the homebuyer. Each listing is in full color with plenty of information about the home including the price, bedroom/bathroom count, special features, square footage and a picture of the home in most cases.

The most well known real estate internet sites designed to help you seach for homes are not always as up-to-date as is the MLS system I use. WHAT IS A HOMEBUYER REBATE?
 

A homebuyer rebate is similiar to a rebate you find in a store(i.e., Best Buy, Circuit City, Staples), but this rebate is based on the purchase of a home. I will give you cash back at settlement, when you use me as your real estate agent.
